創辦人茉莉老師一路引導孩子和員工，在人生的道路上追求幸福，不是成績和業績。每一個在花園的孩子，都是共同創造幸福成長的一份子。我們不相信速成教育，因為成長本該就是一個積累的過程，所以我們用心對待每一個孩子，用觀察、了解、陪伴和愛，在成長的時間座標軸上，對孩子的童年產生正向的影響。
The founder, Teacher Jasmine, has been guiding children and employees to pursue happiness in life, not grades. Every child in the garden will grow up happily together. We do not accept the education of achieving goals quickly, because growth is supposed to be a process of accumulation, so we educate every child attentively. We use observation, understanding, companionship, and love to have a good impact on children's childhood.
我們有許多的活動，最廣為人知的「全美語活動」及「戶外冒險教育」
We have many activities, the most well-known are "English Activities" and "Outdoor Adventure Education"
＊全美語活動：使用英語工作的環境，將會與外師、外籍助教一起工作，適合喜愛西方文化，享受英語工作的助教。
・AXC美式生活教育營：寒暑假冬夏令營
・全美語新創課程：電路小創客、顯微世界、邏輯思考、科學觀察、FUN手玩科學、地理探險、化學
・走讀英文：博物館巡禮、歷史人文、自然探索、跨領域知識、動物園、科教館
・小種籽實驗私塾：2.5-4歲的共同成長空間
＊English Activities：In an English working environment, we will work with foreign teachers and teaching assistants. It is suitable for TAs who love western culture and enjoy working in English.
・Winter/Summer camp：AXC camps
・English Activities：Electronics、Biology、Logic、Observation、Science、Georgraphy、Chemistry
・Outdoor Activities：Museum、History、Natural science、Interdisciplinary knowledge、Taipei Zoo、National Taiwan Science Education Center
・Kindergarten Activities：Pre K~K outdoor activities
＊戶外冒險教育：需要在戶外工作，地點於山林步道、攀岩場、外縣市過夜等等，適合熱愛戶外活動的中文領隊們。
・夏令營-OLA求生實境遊戲
・基礎登山先修營：中班～小三 4~9y
・遠征百岳訓練營：小三～國中 9~15y
・山野技能養成營：小五～國中 11~15y
・登高攀岩繩索營：小一～小六 7~12y
・背包客過夜營：小一～國中 7~15y
＊Outdoor Adventure Education：It is necessary to work outdoors, located on mountain trails, rock climbing fields, overnight in other cities, etc. It is suitable for leaders who love outdoor activities.

・Basic mountaineering：4~9y
・Advanced mountaineering：9~15y

【英文助教 English Teaching Assistant work content】
茉莉花園助教是份具有挑戰性的工作，不單只是在教室內協助學童，我們的營隊特色為體驗式學習，包含大量的營隊戶外活動、美式運動與團康、實驗DIY、小組競賽等，而英文助教也會有單獨的遊戲時間來獨立帶領孩子們玩大地遊戲，在追求玩樂與教育平衡的營隊性質下，花園都會在每梯營隊前，給予助教們一個良好的培訓。
It is challenging to be an activity teaching assistant at Jasmine Garden. Our activities include many outdoor activities, American sports, games, experiments, group competitions, etc. The English teaching assistant also needs to lead the students to play outdoor games independently. In pursuit of the balance between play and education, we will give employees good training before each camp.
學生們的活動都是老師們花上半年的時間來完整規劃與訓練，因此每位花園工作人員都是幕後重要功臣。
The activities of the students are all planned and trained by the teachers for half a year, so each employee is very important.

1. Have experience in independently leading students in outdoor activities
2. Willing to cooperate for a long time, such as participating in the annual winter and summer vacation camps and general weekend English activities

【中文戶外冒險教育儲備教練】
為期兩年的培訓計畫，包含急救、登山知識、引導員、上攀確保等課程，每個月帶薪實習2次。喜愛戶外運動、喜愛與4-14歲的年齡層接觸，有志朝戶外運動發展之大學生及青年。
＊成為我們的夥伴有幾個條件：

3. 熱愛戶外運動，如登山、攀岩、溯溪等
4. 擅長玩遊戲，很多點子善於吸引孩子目光
5. 緊急應變能力好
